Firm Wave Exercise Equipment – Good Buy?

Numerous clients have discovered the Firm’s Wave Personal Gym and have asked me to critique it. They know I have a similair piece of kit called the TBow and believed I would be the ideal person to advise them on the Wave. I was curious to see if the Wave was any good for the average at home exerciser.

Both the T-Bow and the Wave are shaped like a small humped back bridge. You can rock on it curved side down or use it as a step curved side up (it’s stable and won’t move) this way you can use it to:-.

  • As a step
  • You can do your stretches on it
  • If you buy a low-cost exercise band you can use it for strength training
  • Using only your own body you can do exercises like lunges, squats and pressups

If you turn the Wave over so that the curved surface is down you end up with an unstable surface. With your feet on either side of the Wave it can be difficult to stay upright on it never mind move. This way up you can:-

  • Use it Ride The Wave by rocking
  • Walk your way fit by turning the wave sideways
  • Work and develop better core stability
  • Buy a cheap exercise band to add more resistance

The Firm claim you can burn up to 3 times more fat by working out on the Wave. I’m not sure about 3 times but you will get one of the most hard cardio exercises you’ve ever experienced. If rocking to a fast beat, the Wave will have you breathless in less than 5 minuetes if your not used to it.

It’s possible to do over 100 seperate fat burning and toning exercises using the Wave. You can strength train and sculpt those long lean muscles you’ve always dreamed of. When you consider it comes bundled with 4 DVD’s, an exercise mat, The Wave and a healthy eating guide all for less than $100. I was impressed with the wave and it compared well with the TBow. It’s not gym quality but for home use should be OK.

Many people like you will see this as another exercise gimmick. Let me assure you it’s not. It will do precisely what the Firm claims. The only way it won’t work for you will be if you don’t use it. But then that would apply to any other piece of home exercise equipment as well. The Wave is small, easy to store, has no complex controls and can be set up in seconds, you just stand on it!

Discover what thousands of people like you have learned. That by Riding The Firms Wave you can achieve your fat loss goals.

The Firm Wave Review

The Firm Wave is original workout system that is taking the USA by storm. It combines aeorobic, strength and stretching in one small easy to put away piece of equipment. It’s a curved surface that can be used curved side up to give a secure base to do stength training and stretching on. Flip the Wave over with it’s curved side down and you can rock your way to one of the greatest and most effective fat burning workouts you’ve ever had.

The wave is so effective in giving a a fantastic workout in a short time because it forces your body to work harder. When ever you step onto an wobbly surface like the Wave your bodies core and stabilising muscles have to work much harder just to keep you upright. That’s just standing still! Wait until you start rocking, your workload goes through the roof and you have to work very hard.
This is functional training at it’s greatest. Using yourself, a cheap exercise band and the wave you can exercise every single muscle in your body without having to buy any other overpriced gym equipment. Working out on the Wave means you can reduce the time you require to do your exercises which is very important today as time is a valuable commodity.

More importantly exercising out on the Wave is great of fun. No more pedestrian plodding on a treadmill or cross trainer just step on the Wave and start rocking. It’s habit-forming and I use it in all my own workouts , my Personal Training customers love it and they also love the quick results regular use can bring.
